OUR STORY
From Buenos Aires to Miami.
THE BIRTH OF URBANICA
Our journey began in Buenos Aires, where we quickly established ourselves as a formidable presence in the city's evolving real estate landscape. Throughout our early years, we completed numerous residential, mixed-use, and hospitality projects that contributed to shaping the distinctive character of Argentina's capital. Our commitment to architectural excellence, thoughtful design, and quality construction earned Urbanica a respected reputation as a forward-thinking development company throughout Buenos Aires.
The turning point came with Urbanica The Suites, our first hotel. This successful venture demonstrated that our real estate expertise could create exceptional hospitality experiences—a core philosophy that would later define our success in Miami.
“What attracted me to real estate was the tangible impact of creating something from the ground up and the long-term value it generates.”
-Charlie Porchetto, Co-Founder
